If it's just food you want, by experience, eating really hot peppers really helps clear the head (and sinus). Eat something fresh and juicy. Also something really filling (carbs) helps the head because sometimes you get headaches because of the lack of food in your stomach.
But if it is a KILLER headache, i'd advise you to take some painkillers (advil, tylenol, ibuprofen) and what really boosts the effects of these drugs is drinking coffee with these pills (the caffeine is supposed to be the catalyst to the effects of these drugs)
I personally like to swim when I have a headache...something about swimming really helps.
