I would suggest two options: an intrauterine device (IUD) or a diaphragm.

An IUD is a soft, removable implant that goes inside the uterus to prevent pregnancies. A diaphram is a physical barrier that goes over the uterus to achieve the same goal.

You can read more about them (including the risks and benefits of each) on their wiki pages. But neither of them should affect hormones at all, which is a benefit over birth control pills.
