Pretty nasty reviews on Bing maps, which compiles users' thoughts from Yelp and other sources:

To sum it up, the reviews said that the equipment is great and because it's a newer gym, things are in working order and the gym itself is clean. People who used it for convenience to work were satisfied because it did the trick.

A bunch of people said the locker rooms were very dirty. Plenty of knocks for the showers and hot tub and some other said that the gym itself followed suit.

Looks like if you live or work nearby then it's a good bet, but nothing to go out of your way for.
