Would you want to know when and how you will die?
A new website gives death risk rankings, using a variety of factors to gauge the risk of death in certain situations. While it does not predict any specific death, it brings up the question of would you want to know how or when you would die or would you rather have it be a surprise?

However, if I were going to die young I think I would like to know because a lot of us live our life as if we will live a long time - meaning that we spend a lot of time in school, working to achieve a certain status or a certain amount of money to provide for ourselves and our families for decades to come. If I don't have a lot of time left to live I could go out and do some of the things that I want to accomplish or experience in my life so that I am sure not to miss that opportunity. Right now I have been focused on work but I would quickly change that focus if I had a limited number of days left on this earth because work would not seem that important anymore. I don't want my life to be full of missed opportunities and time wasted. I think I would be stopping to admire more sunsets if I knew that it might be one of my last ones to savor! So I think I just convinced myself to say yes I would like to know so that I could make the most out of my life!

Nope.. I already know that it's going to happen, But i definitely wouldn't want to know when... But i would like to know (for definite) How i'd react.. e.g., would i get depressed and worry about it, or would i take the other route, and go crazy doing all the things on my ''Bucket list''..
I'd like to think the latter.. :-)

No, the anticipation, the expectation, it would all be too much to bare. Ignorance is bliss!

Yes, If I knew it was the only way and the only time I would die. If it was, if you live your life like you are now you will probably die on this date. Then no.
Could you imagine if you were told you will never die, until this date no matter what you do you will live (pull through). It would be a very interesting life to live.

I would definitely not want to know when I was going to die! That would be absolutely horrible because you would be in constant anticipation for that date all through your life. While you could probably live life more to the fullest you would constantly have the thought of death in the back of your head. I barley think about death but if I knew when I was going to go I would be a lot more apt to worry about it. Death is such a horrid thing to me that I just feel I would be so consumed with thinking of my death date I would no longer even live life because I would just want to prevent myself from dying at the specific time.
