In October of 2007, checked himself into 60 days of rehab after getting another DUI, but was found to be not at fault of the accident.
Will be interesting to hear if this man gets some serious penalty for his current DUI arrest. Don't care if he was "at fault" of an accident or not, it's just wrong to endanger the lives of others by choosing to drink and drive.
