The trial date was set for December 15, 2008 around 9:30 am at the State Supreme Court, Manhattan. ( David Holzer, charged with grand larceny; Judge Farber; Pt. 52, Rm. 763, 111 Centre St.) I am unable to determine if it actually took place.
