I love them! My husband got me the bag and 2 shells for Christmas, and I've bought several since then. My initial attraction to the bag is I can have one bag, organized exactly as I need it, and need never switch it out. The size is perfect for carrying all my essentials, although a larger version is coming out. There is no effort (or time) needed to switch out handbags, so my bag usually coordinates with my outfit now (well, at least it is appropriate to the season. I'm still pretty lax).

Side benefit: lots of compliments. My husband has gotten a lot of payback on this gift because he's been with me at least three times when someone asks me about the bag. They're not asking about Miche bags in specific, and are often surprised how the bag works. Almost every shell I own has been a hit.

I lost one of the shells in an Ikea early this year. I think it was because there are so many metal/magnetic things there everywhere, and the magnetic catches probably transferred their allegiance to some stronger object when I set it down. Still, the merchant and company made good their guarantee in case of loss, and replaced the shell free of charge.
Suffice it to say I'm a happy customer. My favorite shell so far - and the one that has gotten the most compliments - is the Ashley.
