If you want physical stores, check out the outlet malls in your area. Around here Coach, Calvin Klein, Armani Exchange, Dooney and Burke, and Kate Spade all have outlet stores.

If you're looking online I suggest going to Avelle and checking out their outlet sale.You will have to register as a guest but it's free. I used their designer jewelry rental service for my wedding and it was fantastic. Everything was in great condition, the price was right and I got tons of compliments on the jewelry. And shipping it back is simple. They give you a return packaging slip and as soon as UPS scans it in, you stop being charged for the rental.

Another place where they generally have good discounts on bags and glasses (and shoes!) is Zappos. Their shipping and return policy is amazing, most things arrive the next day.
