Hi there! Mahalo has a terrific resource of "how to play guitar" pages AND instructional videos - which makes Mahalo a great place to start for all your guitar lesson needs ;-)
Check out some of these great pages below to get started. Many of them feature videos to get youstarted playing right away. As a guitarist myself let me just say - it's all about practice and patience. The first couple weeks are the hardest - but don't give up! Keep playing, keep practicing. Once your fingers get warmed they'll be commanding your guitar neck like you were born to play!
