At what point watching Grey's Anatomy did you realize the "hero" was George?

for me it was as soon as the Chief told Callie that he sent George home to spend the day with his mom. I got huge goose bumps and screamed at my husband, "It's George"!!!

Oh my! Well at first I KNEW that Merideth knew the hero. Just the way he looked at her after she releived pressure in his head and then called him a hero, I knew he knew her but I thought maybe it was Thatcher?

Anyway I had no clue it was George until he wrote the second 0. My heart sank and I just said "oh no". But I should have guessed when the girl he saved said he was an ordinary looking guy because there is only really one of those on Greys lol.
