I can only use an elliptical marquee tool on my Photoshop 7 program. How can I include the rectangular and other tools?

I really don't have the tools and I'm looking to download the tools. Some sites to find the tools would be great.

The rectangular marquee tool comes with every single installation of Photoshop, there is no need to download. The question is do you know where the tool is located?

Try clicking and holding the elliptical marquee tool (see pict 1) and you will get a menu for other selection tools (pict 2). You can do this for other tools with an arrow at the bottom left hand corner.

I could go about explaining a lot of the tools but your best bet is to use this:

also you can find tons of tutorials on youtube, just type the tool you need help with and ps7 and it should give you some hits. Hope this helps!
