How do you add graphics to a picture ?

You would have to use a graphic editing program, if you are running on a PC, your computer came with a rather basic, crude one called Paint. If you are looking to do decent graphic editing, you would want Photoshop (in my opinion anyway). There are tons of tutorials online to help out with learning photoshop. There is a version called Photoshop Elements that is a little more basic, and less expensive.

Downloading free brushes can make it really easy to add graphics to an exsisting photo, it's really easy for beginners, try this:

If you have something specific in mind, I've seen people write out what they need in a graphic, offer a decent tip and post it in Graphic design, there are some real decent talented designers here on mahalo who will give it a go for you!
