Change Logo's White Background to Black Background

I would like to change the white background of this image/logo to a black background. I have tried, and ended up with a poor quality result. I don't want directions on how to do it, I just want a link to the image with a black background.

Hopefully this will good enough for you, did some photoshopping.

Asker's Rating:
• The colors look great and it was the first one.

I don't know if you'll like this version, but its worth a shot. The colors in the top logo are slightly modified to make the E stand out over the design in the background.

Unfortunately the text at the bottom is difficult to read on black and there's not much that can be done to fix that.

The source image isn't high enough quality to really get a great target image, so this is the best I could do. Hope this helps. For a better answer, you'd need a higher resolution source image.

Just to give you another option, I muted the colours so that the logo and text would contrast against the new black background.

The background swirl behind the logo E causes a bit of a problem. When changed to white, it interferes with the E itself. I played with that a bit.

I also replaced the footer text. I found the double lines / drop shadow in the original hard to read, especially with a black background. I added a border to the letters themselves (1px) so that the name would pop.

Here is the Adobe Photoshop PSD if you'd like to change the font / text or play more with the Brightness and Contrast to get it just right:
