Was Ryan Seacrest drunk at the Grammy Awards Red Carpet?

He was slurring his words and singing to himself between interviews. Was he just full of the spirit of the night, or was he full of spirits?

Tipsy maybe? I only saw his interview with Carrie Underwood, which folks thought was a little out of order.

I dunno, I'd sooner believe that he didn't have time to eat dinner, and might have a had a cocktail in the limo on the way to the pre-show, but in terms of asking inappropriate questions, it's E! we're talking about here...my guess is that they asked him to make the questions juicy.

But yeah, he did seem a little loopy, huh?
