For a single song or video I would have to go with Gary Glitter and Rock and Roll Part 2. It was actually pretty progressive for the time, it had Gary's over the top "Glam" performance, and the song has had very long legs... it's still used at some sporting events... I mean, who hasn't heard this one. Though Bowie had the career, Gary Glitter had the definitive Glam hit.
