What do you know about the shampoo and hair care brand Giovanni?

I haven't used them, but our organic food-buying co-op notes that they are one of two companies whose ingredients are truly all natural and organic and truly safe (many companies say they are but aren't). The other is Deep Steep, but Deep Steep doesn't make haircare products--just body soaps and bath products. Many of our co-op members use Giovanni products and love them.
