Best product you would have at home to treat a large cut?

I have cut myself on the chin. What is the best way to get rid of the cut?

You should put some Neosporin on your cut. It's an antibiotic ointment that will treat the cut, and prevent it from being infected. Or you might want to get the spray kind, the Neo to Go, as you can simply spray some of this on your cut.
