What can I use to kill bahia grass that will not kill the rest of my lawn?

Unfortunately - only a shovel really works.
You can try painting it carefully with Round-up or other herbicide (wear gloves and a mask and literally paint the chemical on with a brush), but then hope you don't have rain or too much dew which can spread the killer chemical to other grass.

Atrazine. Just don't use it if your lawn is under stress (drought).
