What is a website you can PURCHASE and download funny short clips from?

I need a website similar to iStock.com that allows you to purchase individual clips. I'm trying to find short 15sec max clips similar to the viral videos you see on youtube.

I'm looking for things at are funny and bizarre that I can pay for individually. I HAVE to have a site that allows you to PURCHASE them (so we have the right to air them on tv), not just download them.

Example: a guy dressed in a chicken suit dancing in a kiddie pool. Something random like that.

http://ant.com/guide is a good place to search videos. It has a directory of streaming sites on the web and they have a free video downloader. Easily download videos from a variety of streaming sites such as YouTube, Google video and save them to your hard drive.
