Adam Sandler

Out of the group, I think that he has the longest history entertaining. I think that each of the other people have had a lot of funny bits and parts... but love him or hate him, Sandler is consistent.

Personally, I like his mix of innocently evil songs and stand-up. Movies like Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer cater to his humor. However, his range of characters on SNL was truly outstanding. The waterboy, Cajun Man, Opera Man, and his part as one of the Gap Girls set his humor apart and separate him from the other contenders here.

Of particular note, one of the things that I remember when I see Sandler perform is a comment he made in an interview he gave a while ago (sorry for the lack of a source). He said that he writes to make his friends laugh. From his days on SNL when he sat in the same office as Farley & Spade and they would compete with beer money to see who could make the others laugh to his recent movies where he always includes his group of friends in the cast and staff.

So, I think he's a funny guy with a good sense of humor.

John Belushi - He achieved so much, before he left us, when he was just 33!

He was too good in Saturday Night Live, National Lampoon's Animal House and The Blues Brothers.

He has inspired many to become comedians. He is a pretty good bet to win it all, s he needs to be in FINALS!

Putting my vote in for Mr. Ferrell. Unfortunately, I'm Canadian, so can't access the SNL videos on Hulu, or else I'd throw up some cowbell, but here's another couple funny Ferrell vids.

Vote for Samurai Belushi, at least for his delicatessen!

Who can forget him as Jake Blues, Joe Cocker, the Samurai guy, and his angry Weekend Update commentator.

Even as Elizabeth Taylor wolfing down a turkey leg? Or as the Olympic runner who downed a lot of donuts? He could do anything.

See this DVD, then you will forget Will Farrell and Adam Sandler!

I'll throw my vote in for Sandler. He combines most of his comedy with heart and pathos and most of it is more intelligent.

I think the most UNFUNNY person is Will Ferrell... outside of "Cowbell"... he has NEVER made me laugh. Although I do plan on watching his Bush show soon. That looks promising.

I guess it all depends on the era you grew up in. These are all real great comedians.
But Adam has always been a favorite of mine.

Bill Murray, the ultimate smartass.
Although I have to admit that my fave Murray moments are not from SNL but from Ghostbusters!
"We've been going about this all wrong. This Mr. Stay Puft's okay! He's a sailor, he's in New York; we get this guy laid, we won't have any trouble! "

Andy Samberg

I love the classics mentioned up there, but this kid has got talent.

Lazer Cats is hilarious.

Also the latest installment of The Lonely Island of "Jizz in my Pants" and "I'm on a Boat" just soldify him as the front runner in this contest.

Seriously, I laugh everytime I hear one of these songs:
