Homer Simpson for sure! He's gotten to be a lot more funnier in the 20th season! Too bad YouTube pulls down most of the videos...

Bugs Bunny rules!
Bugs has been an opera singer, barber, lumberjack and medieval knight, and has worked with stars ranging from Michael Jordan to Taz, the Tasmanian devil.
"Bugs Bunny" has also edged "Homer Simpson " in TV Guide Top 50 Cartoons List!

Actually, there's simply no one like Bugs... no superheroes, no aliens, no nothing...!

I remember watching Bugs Bunny cartoons with my dad and I now sit alongwith my daughter to watch the same ones :)

Fail. There are at least a dozen Bugs Bunny cartoons where he's harrassing or outright ridiculing Africans or Asians. At least fart jokes don't make entire sections of the population feel bad for being born.

Homer Simspn! I just realized the other day that I've been watching The Simpsons since I was 5...almost 20 years! It seems impossible. The fact that they're the longest running is a testament to their humor.

If it were Daffy Duck instead of Bugs Bunny, I would definitely be choosing the Looney Tunes. But Bugs is just a bit too invulnerable for my tastes. It makes him less appealing to see him just trounce the opposition every time out of the gate, automatically. I'm much more inclined to vote for an Everyman, someone with real human flaws who is relateable.

And characters don't get more delightfully flawed than Homer Simpson.
