Oil content in fruits varies with each individual fruit, but can be estimated by general fat levels.
Coconuts have approximately 26.8 grams of fat per cup (80 grams) of coconut meat, versus the 22 grams of fat per cup (150 grams) of avocados, or 10 grams of fat per cup (80 grams) of olives.

Under a simplistic classification of common culinary (edible) fruit (that is, including every type of plant considered to be fruit, including seeds), coconuts have the highest oil content.
