No it shouldn't matter where you Praise the Lord. Most people think highly of the Church that they attend or they wouldn't be going there. So they might think why wont you come to my Church... whats wrong with my Church and by following that line of questioning they might be thinking... then whats wrong with me... that you aren't interested in attending my Church. Religion is a very personal thing and many, many things go into a persons decision as to where they want to attend Church. If they were brought up in the Church... there could be positive and negative things about their childhood memories of that Church. Each religion has unique doctrines that might not meet a persons belief system. There are many things that play into where a person decides to "Praise Their Lord"... in their own way. But bottom line is your right they should be happy for you that you are worshiping your Lord, where ever that might be.
