Don't worry. I've always had great experience with 24 Hour Fitness. Maybe it's your local office that isn't great. Give a shout to the customer service number here: 800.432.6348

I didn't even have my login for the website and they totally helped me.

It shouldn't be that hard. Just talk to the staff and they will mail you a new one.

Not hard at all - I totally lost mine (along with everything else in my wallet) a few months ago, and all I had to do was call customer service to get a replacement. I'm sure my local 24 Hour Fitness staff would have helped, but I was at work at the time, so it made sense to call instead.

Had the replacement card fast, no snags at all.
