Short Answer: All of them!
Long Answer:
Ok, so it sounds like you've already read "Cat's Cradle" - which is a pretty good place to start. I would recommend trying one of these next:
Slaughterhouse-Five
(probably his best known work and one that is studied in many classrooms) - tells the story of Billy Pilgrim, a man unstuck in time who travels between many different points in his life. Intensely readable, funny, profound and strangely moving. A great place to start for any Vonnegut newbie.

Siren's of Titan
One of his earliest novels, Siren's of Titan is a true Science Fiction novel and moves back and forth between events on earth and the Saturn moon of Titan. Contains profound revelations about mankinds true purpose and is also wickedly funny.

Breakfast of Champions
Ok, so this one is a bit strange. Kilgore Trout (one of Vonnegut's reoccurring characters) makes an appearance in this one and interacts with a delusional and probably insane car dealer. This book includes many original drawings from Vonnegut that are enormously funny.
