Open office. It allows team mates to collaborate with each other and grow as a team together. It should be set up by division, so (in Mahalo's case,) the Answers crew should sit with the Answers crew, news with news, music with music and so on. Even if this means switching places every month as new roles are defined and redefined. It will promote a greater team spirit and define allow the great minds in the office to work together for the the common goal, to make the business succeed.

I prefer an open office. It is much more comfortable and also allows for increased teamwork and collaboration. In my case I can throw on some headphones if it gets too loud.
