The rumored date is March 15th. But according to the source, it may be pushed back as "May or early June is our best bet since Sprint has to move Treo and Centro out of the way ". Also, it is rumored on "http://blog.treonauts.com/2009/02/palm-pre-release-date.html" to be March 15th as well...
