I assume you mean the 802.11n Motorola Spectrum?
Well, it still needs to be ratified by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, they actually have a website that provides updates on the progress here - http://www.ieee802.org/11/Reports/tgn_update.htm

The latest news I found on the issue came this morning with the rumour that ratification is expected by January 2010.
