The website blu-ray.com lists Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as coming out on Blu-Ray on December 7, 2009.

Right before Christmas!

Yep, holiday season 2009.

I also found a cool rumors page that says there could be a 3-disc DVD/Blu-Ray combo version. Maybe even sneaks of the Deathly Hollows movie.

That'd be awesome.
