Outdoors Circumference: Size 5 Approved 68.5 - 69.5 cm, Size 5 Inspected 68.0 - 70.0 cm, Size 4 Inspected 63.5 - 66.0 cm at ball pressure: 0.8 bar
Indoor Circumference: Approved 62.5 - 63.5 cm, Inspected 62.0 - 64.0 cm at ball pressure: 0.6 bar
Tests are conducted at room temperature (approx. 20°C) and 65% humidity.

The three standards are FIFA Approved, the FIFA Inspected or the International Matchball Standard (technically equal to FIFA Inspected but royalty free). FIFA calls them footballs BTW.
