what's the best way to lose. 20-30lbs...I'm not over weight but I want to get lean? Any program??

Here's personal testimony we had with my husband. It's actually a nutritional cleansing program and weight management program at the same time. It's up to you to choose which program that you feel like. I'm always thin and I wanted to put a bit muscle. My hubby wanted to lose more weight and he successfully reached his BMI goal in few months time. The program is easy to follow, it replaces your meal depending what program you want.  30-day program replaces your 2 meals a day or just go with the balance program, which replaces one meal a day. Try The South Beach Diet. Buy the book. It's actually really good and you learn a lot. You will lose weight really fast but it's still healthy.

And there's always Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig. Jenny Craig is expensive but it's easy cause the foods are prepared.

The best way to lose weight is to pick some activity you like, and you will stick to.

-drink lots of water to replace fluids and make yourself feel less hungry.
-substitute tasty lo-cal foods for higher fat snacks

-have you ever wanted to try a sport? Now's a great time

The Atkins Diet is fast and very healthy. You also feel 100% better on it because you're cutting out all the garbage that makes you bloated and tired.
