This one is super-easy and comes from the Hershey website:

Indoor S'Mores
Ingredients:

* 2 graham crackers, broken into halves
* 2 marshmallows
* 1 (1.55 oz.) HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bar, broken into pieces

Instructions:

Place 1 graham cracker half on paper towel; top with chocolate bar half and marshmallow. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) in 10 second intervals until marshmallow puffs. Immediately top with second graham cracker half; press together gently. Repeat for each serving. Serve immediately. 2 servings.

If you'd rather make your s'mores in the oven, here is a good recipe from Food Network:

Ingredients

* 32 miniature graham crackers or 8 regular size graham crackers, broken in 1/2
* 2 milk chocolate bars, the kind that can be broken into squares
* 8 marshmallows

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Lay 1/2 of the graham crackers on a cookie sheet. Top with chocolate pieces to cover. Use kitchen scissors to snip the marshmallows in 1/2 horizontally if using miniature crackers and place 1/2 a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker. If using regular size crackers use a whole marshmallow.

Bake until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers, pressing down slightly to make a sandwich. Serve immediately, while still warm.

Wow thats easy, assemble as you would normally and place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake in oven at 450degrees. watch carefully. you dont get the toasty outsides of the mellow but you could always toast em' on your gas burner... BE CAREFUL!

I made smores indoors with my class one day. I took one graham cracker and broke it in half, spread on some marshmallow fluff and sprinkled on some hershey's chocolate chips. I didn't heat it up so the chocolate could melt but my students still ate it anyway. They loved it so much. They each had two or three smores.
