What's an easy way to build a hackintosh with any parts you wanted? Simple instrucions please (not that I'm a luddite).

there isn't really a simple way with "any" parts you wanted, as there would be a need for specific drivers to be written.
msi wind netbook is the easiest hackintosh platform because as far as i know, you dont need any extra drivers for all components other than the inbuilt camera to work. (wifi, soundcard etc all work find)
