A sandwich is considered very healthy if you keep the proportions right.
You will have bread (carbs for quick energy), maybe with oily seeds
Meat (proteins), could be fish, chicken or veal (and it is still ok)
Tomatoe and lettuce
Maybe a bit of sour cream (no mayonesse)

The best thing is you can have a different kind of sandwich every day

Forget about the fruit salad because it doesn't have proteins.
Healthy doesn't mean that you have to starve.

Fruit salads do not have either enough proteins or useful lipids. Please, research a little bit before answering health related questions.
If you have professional experience to back up your answer, it is not showing.
