The premise (and other answer) are not exactly correct.

Martin Lawrence nearly died while PRACTICING for his role in Big Momma's House. He went out jogging with seven layers of clothing, and suffered from heat stroke. His body temperature reportedly went up to 107 degrees, but apparently he suffered no permanent damage.

He wasn't wearing a fat suit when he was hospitalized. He was out running, in the middle of summer. With seven layers of sweats on. With no water. Suffered from a heat stroke and collasped.

Remember to hydrate when you're out running, kids!
