Oboewan, if you don't have a helpful answer to a question, please avoid answering it. If you don't know the answer somebody else might so just leave the question please.

I don't think there's anyone out there who knows what an "HTML Photo Viewer" even is.
He needs to provide more info as to what exactly he wants to do.
