I think one of the best is Comcast. There's a guy named Frank who owns the @comcastcares Twitter account. If you talk about any issues you're having with Comcast, Frank will send you a message saying something like "sorry you're having a problem with your Comcast account, can I help fix it?"
Comcast works proactively to fix any issues people might be having with their service. I'm very impressed.
Another one is California Tortilla, at @caltort. They have a person on there who talks about upcoming deals, and how you can save money or get a special deal.
@zappos is another great one. They're always talking about good stuff going on with the company.
Those would be my top three choices.
