I have driven just under 500,000 miles in a combination of two different 4runners. First a 1987 SR5, now a '92. I love them both more than any car I have ever driven. Both great in poor conditions like snow or ice. The '87 got 26 mpg on the freeway and had the strongest heater ever. It also had an altimeter built into the dash which was pretty sweet back then. When it finally gave up at 350,000 miles, I cried as it was towed away. I named it The Swordfish after a spaceship in anime classic Cowboy Beebop. I'm getting a little misty right now actually...
Anyway 4runner still has my vote although new ones may not live up to the legend.

Out of those choices, if I had to pick 1, I would probably go with the FJ Cruiser.
