Mom's Butterscotch Pie

Servings: 8

Category: Desserts

Method: Stove Top

Ingredients:

4 cups milk
2-2 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 TBSP cornstarch
4 TBSP flour
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
6 TBSP butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Mix. Cook over medium heat till thick.Pour into baked pie shell(s) Spread with cool whip. Chill Yield: serves 8
