Need info relating to Outlook integration with Salesforce vs Lotus Notes integration with salesforce.com. which is better ? why?

Outlook + Salesforce is better then lotus notes. It's more flexible and plainly works better in a larger number of scenarios.

Hu... originally, this question was valued at 25c, so I gave a 25c answer. The value has gone up...

Outlook + Salesforce is better mainly because of the cost of ownership and the Salesforce API / addon apps.

Outlook is included (or cheap) when a business has an Exchange server. Alternatively, site licenses of Outlook can be purchased inexpensively.

The Salesforce API allows for a variety of customization and since Salesforce is a webapp, it is exceptionally good for distributed teams.
