I assume you're talking about the rumors that he's been banned from the U.K. for "inciting others to hatred" or something like that. I can't find a decent news report yet that details this.
And since I don't listen to him, I don't know exactly what he's supposed to have said. If he was encouraging people to acts of violence against individuals, I can see that being ban-worthy.
If he was merely saying "Hey, there is a legal procedure for this and people need to follow it", not so much.

Whatever he was banned for (and it may have been based on a misunderstanding of what he's said) it had nothing to do with opposing illegal immigration. After all the UK government opposes illegal immigration as well. That kind of goes with the definitions of "government" and "illegal". It seems most likely that he was banned for either homophobic or Islamophobic comments considered excessively inflammatory and likely to incite violence.
