If you have a mac NetNewsWire is good. Has a simple clean interface and a iPod/iPhone version. Also, it will sync feed subscriptions with NewsGator. Looks like they also make a windows RSS reader.

NewsGator.com is excellent and free. Also, if you have a Google account you can use Google's Reader - another excellent and free reader.

I use SharpReader. It is a program you download and start to add feeds. I enjoy using it because the program is simple to use.
