I'd recommend Hackaday (which btw is a part of Mahalo). Hackaday has many arduino based projects and is very good at showing all the stuff associated with them. http://hackaday.com I would also check out Make Magazine's Arduino coverage archives http://blog.makezine.com/archive/arduino/.
