Is The Four Seasons phasing out its concierge services?

nope! It was a false rumor that i found was reported on hotelchatter.com:

And the rumor was debunked and proven false in a later posting on the same website:

and here's a statement from the above link by a REP of the Four Seasons:

Four Seasons pioneered company-wide Concierge service back in the early 80’s and we understand how valuable it is to our guests. In fact, in our guest satisfaction surveys, our Concierge services continue to rank as one of the services that our guests are most pleased with.
