you could try to run it using WINE. If that doesn't work, you could run windows inside of a virtual machine like VMWare or Virtualbox. However, if your audio books are stored in any common format, there should be plenty of native programs that you can use to listen to them.

They're in Audible format.
And from what I've heard, WINE won't work with it.
