Um, what sort of leg warmers does a hula hooping costume require? What is a hula hooping costume? Are you talking about Melbourne Australia? I don't want to dash your hopes, but I suspect getting a useful answer may be a real longshot. Still you never know. Possibly instead of leg warmers you could fortify yourself with some good Australian beer. I know you don't really drink Foster's; but, maybe some Cooper's Stout would do the trick.
