When I made videos using Windows Movie Maker, I just went to my YouTube account and selected to upload them. YouTube does the conversion to FLV format for you.
When logged in to your YouTube account, go to the following page:
http://www.youtube.com/my_videos_upload
You can upload the video you made from there.
