How does one really know when one has reached their true calling in life?

I will tell you what I would tell my own children: Do you look forward to performing in that capacity every day? Can you envision yourself doing anything else? Can you support yourself and any dependents in that position? Then there are the moral questions that I would have them ask: Is it legal? Does it cause anyone pain or suffering? No? Then go for it! If it doesn't end up being the one and only calling, then reevaluate, and try again. Failure is only failure if you don't learn anything and stop trying. The very best of luck!
