In Bloglines, export your subscriptions in OPML format.
This is the only export option I am aware of in Bloglines.
I don't think there is a way to have Google Reader fetch them either.
I am not sure, but I don't think the OPML standard supports anything but definitions of feeds, not the individual posts within the feeds.
So to sum up...
I don't think you can do what you are asking...
