I've used the coin counting machine at the Capital One on the corner of Sherwood Forrest Blvd. and Coursey (11814 Coursey Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA - (225) 937-9889) to cash the money our children donated for our church's fundraiser.
We counted 17 buttons, 50 pence, 10 Chinese dollars, 1 thimble, and $1200. The employees there were very friendly about the whole thing.
Hope that helps, and let me know if you have any more Baton Rouge specific questions :)
